According to Linkedin, one of the highly sought after skills in 2020 is video production
which translates to content creation. By the time the children of today grow up, content creation skills will be a
permanent fixture in our everyday life. For every content creator out there, there are a thousand content consumers.
This put the creator at a very advantageous spot. We’ve heard of stories of how children who review toys impacted the world
or how taking your cooking hobby seriously with a camera can do wonders out of our imagination. These are creators whose successes came from doing hobbies that they love in front of a camera, eventually attracting their own niche audience.
Every child who has a hobby is a creator, especially during this age. Though not explicitly expressed to be a creator,
our children have already acclimated to using camera phones and being little models whenever parents record a video
of what they love to do. It may be surprising but the things that children are passionate about makes them a unique voice
in their own niche interest. By creating content from a very young age, they are essentially building their creative portfolio,
learning content creation skills that can enable them to become a freelancer, and instinctively understand the rules
of content marketing. Ativ Academy's mission is to coach young creators to be able to do just that.
THE THREE PILLARS THAT SHAPES OUR PROGRAM
We coach creators on how to create a variety of content through the lenses of a smart phone.
The courses in the program are based on three pillars and is designed to be fun, experiential and easy
to learn for children starting at age seven.
1. Creativity:
Creators will get hands on experience on numerous interest such as leaning how to be a
music producer for a day, reacting to interesting items, conduct experiments and many more.
2. Camera:
Creators are taught on how to create content from the experiences
of the weekly lesson by learning about shooting, editing, angle and many more.
3. Content:
Creators will be taught on producing content that are according
to real world formats that professionals follow on their daily basis.
Taught together in a group of creators, our program is experiential, active, fun,
and place children in many scenarios that will help them be exposed to many types of interests.
